any chance of setting the word reunion as a starred out word (*******), like some forums do with curse words?

Yeah, because it's quite sickening to see that one post in an ex-member's blog showing that Axl and him can be civil towards each other sets off a five page "re-union" discussion. Even if there was one, Tommy, Finck, Brian, and Dizzy would be pissed off that they worked for so many years, and were so loyal just to be told, "O.K, it was nice knowing you, bye."

One thing is for sure, Dizzy would still be in the band.
I don't think Axl wouldn't do that to the new members, but 1 or 2 shows with the old band wouldn't do any harm, would it?

Matt has never denied how good Axl was, even on BTM, the reason loads of people seem to bash him he called Axl 'the greatest rock n roll frontman ever'

It wouldn't, but the reunion crap has seriously got to end. People meet each other. It's a big fucking city, of course you can run into an old friend/enemy/whatever. If people have a conversation with one another, that doesn't mean anything!

I think thats pretty cool news. While a reunion tour would shock the hell out of me, I wouldn't be surprised if some old gunners joined Axl on stage for a song or two in the future. if not, no loss, but if it happened, i would just pray to god i was there.

I wonder what else they cleared up.. the 'additional musicians' thing in Live Era maybe?
Exactly what I was wondering. I don't particularly love Matt Sorum, but I always thought that was a bitch ass thing for Axl to have done. Somebody who was your drummer for a 2.5 year world tour and three albums worth of material (UYI I, UYI II, and TSI) is NO "additional musician". Shame on Slash and Duff for letting that slip through as well... although Axl might have snuck it in at the 11th hour like he slipped "My World" onto UYI II.
It would be cool if Axl got that changed for subsequent printings/pressings of Live Era.

Exactly. Now things with the band are moving fast for the fans but still the crap comes to disturb fans train of thought.
As if reunionists are trying to dampen fans enthusiasm for the band. enough of this folly.
It's simply nice to know they are amicable to each other.
And that it appears that Matt doesn't think Axl put the words into Slashes mouth either.
