Now for the weirdest thing about this incident:

The song "Like Toy Soldiers" by Eminem is about how he doesn't want rap battles and music to escalate to the point where people are killed or violence is resorted to.  In the video for the song it shows someone in the hospital that has been killed... and the person lying in the hospital bed, with Eminem looking on in disbelief, is none other than Proof.  Shocked

yes, a couple of days ago he stated the following:
