No, the design is the same for all orders.

It would be too expensive to make special ones for each order.

3. Click either the Pay Anyone or Pay for eBay Items subtab.
4. Enter the recipient's email address, the amount, the currency, the payment type, and an optional subject and note.
5. Click Continue.
6. Review the information on the confirmation page and click Send Money to complete your transaction.


So I guess you'd want to write your address and order in the note field.

the complete order will be sent to the printer the last week of April, they will be shipping the shirts out in the first week of May. So i suppose the European residents have them within 7-10 days.

Did you bother reading the Paypal site?
Copied from the Paypal site:

In the amount you choose 17 Euros since you live in Europe. Then Paypal will charge your credit card 17 Euros and the amount will be withdrawn. You don't have to make any conversion as far as I know.

Roughly ?12 should be billed on your card.
