I've said it before, but I'll say it again, this is some of the most soulful playing I've ever heard from Slash, you can almost hear his guitar crying. Amazing stuff. drool

The closest we got to this on Contraband was the solo in You Got No Right.

Those who say Slash hasn't done anything memorable since GN'R are sad deaf guys.

You don't have to tell me, I'm just saying what is said here when teh arguments start.... Notice something this cool has had little responses.. Gnr's greatest guitar man does something pretty damn cool post gnr and nobody into gnr listens or at least replies..

I have the song and it's amazing. Slash's playing is wonderful in it... just like in Ray Charles' Baby Let Me Hold Your Hand or in Obsession etc. That's what great playing is. People should listen these songs before they get excited over others' far inferior works.

Yeah it have always stunned me and keeps amazing me that the GnR community pays little attention to a big part of Slash's guest apperances..  some of the work he have done is truly amazing, the dude have played with a big bunch of cool artists, musicians and bands that people who are able to love GnR should at least be able to like some of them. I mean, Ray Charles, Rod Stewart, Iggy Pop, Bob Dylan, Lenny Kravitz, Michael Jackson, Les Paul, Mothorhead, Great White, Alice Cooper, Ozzy Osbourne, Sebastian Bach, Metalica, Zack Wylde, Puff Daddy, Blackstreet, Easy-E, Carole King, Insane Clown Posse, Cypress Hill,Jimi Hendrix's Band Of Gypies, Paul Rodgers, Brian May and Queen, Jeff Beck, Aerosmith, Keith Richards, Ron Wood, Chic, Tom Jones, Robbie Williams, Marta Sanchez, Elan, Yardbirds, Cheap Trick, Doro Pesch, Sammy Hagar, Sam Kinison,Carmine Appice,Boz Scaggs, The Outpatience, Graham Bonnet ,Mike Monroe and many more that I cant even remember right now. Now most artist would only dream of meeting some of the people I mentioned, not even jam with them, appear on some of their records, and shoting videos with them. Say what you want but Slash have played with some big-ass names during his time, and people should, just like all the artist I've listed pluss many more, give the guy more credit!

I totally agree with you... Slash is underrated in the GNR world.. considering that he is probably the most talented musician of GNR... imho.

Great to see Slash wearing an ANGELS t shirt in this clip. THE ANGELS opened for the Gunners on their Australian tour in 88', which Slash would of loved because he and his bandmates used to jam on their songs when they were developing as a band. At an ANGELS gig in LA around 1990 the Gunners joined the band on Stage and played 'Marseilles'!!!!

THE ANGELS are one of the GREATEST rock bands of ALL TIME!!!!!!! MAKE NO MISTAKE!!!!!!!
