None of us actually know any member of GN'R personally.

So. No one can really claim to know them. Hence.. All attempts to prove anyone 'the stronger', will be most prolly be laughed at.

I think GNR are more popular in Europe than here in the states. I just have the feeling that a tour here will have the same turn out the 02 tour had, unless they have a huge single and a big name opening act, but still people will be leary aout forking out money to see a GNR show

The best thing for a tour here is a tour with Metallica.

And if things don't work out here, there's always Poland

Yep, I believe the finns are pretty well aware of the bands situation, as VR was a kinda success.

Taxi driver last weekend heard me talking about the tix on the phone and he started to tell me about the CD and stuff. People talks about them in my workplace (most are women). And intense discussion about the band at muusikoiden.net, etc.

Though I?ve seen old pictures used (with Slash on) when advertising the show..

As have I... But mostly the old pics've been used tv-ads what I've seen. And I haven't seen too much of 'em..
