I would have to say Pitt resembles Axl more than Avril.  Just my opinion.

i totally agree with the brad pitt thing for axl, but slash? i dunno. in my opinion, back when he was with guns N' roses, he was totally hot, so they'd have to pick a very fuckin' handsome actor to play him. brendan fraser as dizzy-PERFECT! as fot buckethead, it really don't matter cuz you can't see his face, duff played be reeves,yes.

They could've well been twins and what we have today is the result of the other living the rock'n'roll lifestyle (rich or poor) and the other hitting the gym on a regular basis for all of their lives. I dont think I'd be keen to see a movie about guns but I'd love to see a feature length documentary following the new band over the last few years. Now that would be cool and it would allow people to get an insight into the new band members and how the recording process for CD has gone! You never know this might happen when the album comes out!

Axl: The first person can play him for me is Johnny Deep cos I saw him in Tom Petty clip years ago. From what I saw He can play Axl best. And he is a total rocker too. He is almost as charismatic as Axl. Also Brad Pitt with long hair and a beard.

Izzy: Sean Penn could be Izzy with a gnr style costume and behaivour.

Duff: Brendan Fraser would be cool

I think they were going to make a GNR movie but costs spiralled, the director decided half way through to go in a 'new direction' and the actors all hated each other.......i think it was scheduled for a 1997 release

Travis Fimmel that gorgeous Calvin Klein underwear model who briefly played Tarzan on Tv would be perfect as young Axl! Johhny Depp or Mark Wahlberg now! I don't think Brad Pitt is as cute as his Legend of the Fall Days, although he was smokin' as Achilles in Troy. I would hate see a movie, it would be full of lies and half truths. Now a collaboration between  Axl and Andrew lloyd Webber could be really cool. I still think Axl would make a really sexy Phantom like Gerry Butler!
