okay, when the cd is released and you're around your non diehard GnR friends and you play it for them will you burn it for your friends if they ask you to? i won't. i'll tell them to go out and buy it. i want to see this thing succeed, and burning copies for our friends definately won't help.
So are you guys ready to be assholes to your friends if necessary?

No cause the cd is gunna have a new type of copy protection , wheras if you try to make copies people from axl's entourage storm your house and beat you within an inch of your life. You also agree to these terms just by opening the cd packaging material and also sign over all your belongings for axls personal use.
I heard the TOS for this album is gunna be heavy shit .. axl will really take over the world.

If it's as good as I think it is, I will buy it for my friends if they're not convinced to do so themselves.
I did the same thing for a computer game that I really enjoyed (Grim Fandango). Whenever I see it on sale for cheap (usually $10 or less), I buy a couple copies for later.

Not for friends but I'll burn an extra for my car stereo, and onto my ipod... and computer. ?I hope there aren't multiple covers or different retailers offering exclusive bonus tracks- I'm obsessive enough to try to get them all.
