Countries they MIGHT play but are out of the plan (so far):

Greece  Angry (Not at GN'R, but at the Greek promoters)

Do you see them playing any of those countries?

your a promotor so get promoting  Roll Eyes

The fact that someone is a promoter doesn't mean that they have all the money in the world.

Trust me, if there was even a small chance of making it happen, I'd make it happen.

BIG WORDS plzz explain what they mean lol? Lips Sealed

 ?well mr. SlashDelonge has posts, threads even that are just a re-hash of other posts, or completely pointless and obvious info;

?the non-sequitur part is that he posts in a random manner, never following a train of though (he has posts about biographies of GNR in this section, that has no relation to the current discussions...which would be fine, i'm not one to criticize until some guy's arrogance grates me.

back on topic now...

Well does anyone know why these countries left the tour?

political reasons, no venues big enough, GNR is not wanted by country officials, promoter has no sway in said countries.

could be any number of things

We have Metallica performing in Tallinn so the stage can't be a problem. But Hartwall Areena was more logical place for Guns to perform anyway cos there are more people living in Finland and Helsinki is so close to Tallinn and St. Petersburg so the die hard fans from close countries could get there quite easily. Anyway this won't be the last GN'R european tour (hopefully) so here's to Guns playing in Tallinn someday  beer

Isn't it easier to read the countries that are on the tour and assume the rest aren't - if not I'll mention Zimbabwe, Qatar, the continent of Antarctica  and Afghanistan

No offense - but I don't see the need for this thread - It's much easier to read the added dates on the main page! - Check back daily folks!

I guess we don't need to see you in this section anymore then  Tongue

Seems like dates are being announced within days of each other so I am sure there is more to come, especially if they start the US around say August.

The reason I started this thread is cause someone might have heard or read something for their country, like I have.

Mentioning Zimbabwe and Afghanistan for a European tour wouldn't make much sense...

Unless you think Zimbabwe is in Europe...

salut muffinass!

ontopic:
maybe the smaller countries in europe will get a gnr show and the reason that we haven't heard of it is that it's easyer to keep quiet abuot it until an official press release. i know i'm dreaming but... there are a few slots open for gigs and they don't have a logical display of shows. one day they're in lisbon and 3 days later they're in hungary. so who knows what shows remain to be revealed? i say the more the merrier. let's hope they'll get through to the end of the tour and no cancellations beer
