I actually agree with you except for when you say Management knows what they are doing.

I just don't have that much faith in G'NR's management, I think they're kind of clumsy.

The new Guns N?Roses or rather Axl N?Co. seem to have management that don?t know shit, or if they do, can?t say shit. The GnR web site is a joke. Maybe GnR management see GnR as a small band, Axl and a few hired musicians. Maybe the album isn?t finished yet and management see GnR as a band that they can talk about/promote when the time is right, right being not right now

After they play a show, i think then they will go ahead and confirm that they actually played THAT show, in direct contradiction to a statement from Merck that there actually was no show, nor was a tour ever officially announced, and so will go the entire European tour.

Quotes like these, to me, are basically spam.  They pop up in thread after thread, with a new spin for the same argument.  If you dislike the current concert announcements, and the obvious rumblings of the machinery, then leave the board.  I think too many, are ignoring the element of "mystery" that has historically been used very effectively for GNR's marketing purposes.  In fact, I think when this all rolls out, we will be very happy.  Remember, GNR will do things differently, just to do things differently.

GNR's managment will make an announcement when there done booking tour dates.  It's as simple as that.  Why on earth do some of you think they should have made a statement weeks ago?    And why should they have made a statement about the album by now?    You guys say that GNR has piss poor management but I disagree.  When everything is finalized, they will announce it.  It's as simple as that.
