come to think of it, has there ever been a concert in the snow that GN'R have played? I wishfull wish would to have snow, and axl comming out on stage wearing the costume he wears at the begining of Dont Cry...and then performing the song....sorry for suck silliness or being dumb...bored at work...

What about everybody wearing his HTGTH shirt? If you dont have one just wear a random gnr shirt.

Id like to recommend everybody to take lots of warm clothes with you because its not fun to wear your wet clothes two days in a row.

RaR isn't very organized, anyway, not according to dutch festivals. You can bring practicly anything, like bbq's, drinks, hell even a freezer/refidgerator combi and powersuply is allowed, but if you want to bring your car, you'll have to park on a special campsite called Nordsleife, or something like that, and you'll be further away from the festival ground and you'll have to pay extra for the campsite. There are special ticket available on eventim.de. Also check the pdf's on the RaR site for campsite and festival plans...

RaR is one of the most relaxed festivals know to (european) mankind, and I'm sure that if the bring all the equipment, you'll have an comfortable stay (hence, the weather is a big factor in that). I'm leaving thursday morning for the Eifel, and to be honest, I can't wait!

Yes, we have a place to meet.
Friday afternoon at 4pm next to the merchandise just outside the Centerstage. Check this thread for the exact location, i posted it like a page ago.

You *can* park you car, just not next to your tent. If you have a caravan (?) or want to attach your tent to your car, you'll have to do so on the camping area called "Nordschleife" (as mentioned in the thread).

except on the festival ground itself of course

addition:

it is not sure yet wether the show will be streamed online or not. rockpalast is still in negotiations with the band.
