Thanks for getting the point, WeHeldTogether. 

Just thinking that it might be a little more palitable for Clear Channel to send out GNR with another mega-act.  Also, Axl helped Trent out early on in his NIN career, letting them open a couple shows (if memory serves), and also offered NIN an opening slot on one of their headlining tours (they couldn't, having just gotten off a two year tour themselves).  To say nothing of the fact that NIN has all these little "Paul is dead" type GNR references on their site all of the sudden.

Makes sense to me, anyways.

Guys, c'mon, it's Trent Reznor we're talking about.  The man said his new record (With Teeth) would be heavier than Broken and have no chords on it!  When that didn't happen and he was asked about it, the gist of his response was he just likes messing with people on their site and it wasn't to be taken seriously.  So that's what's happening here.

- I dont really see NIN doing a tour with Guns, what about the comments Trent had for Robin several months back, too much bad blood amunst them. My guess is to why we keep seeing odd pictures on the NIN website for the simple fact Trent is in his computer chair laughing at us saying "they will believe anything". Kinda like the GNFR riddles, someone getting a power trip off of us guessing what is going on.
