All three shows are now confirmed, time to put them on the front page  peace

With three scandinavian dates released simultaneously, it may seem like Norway is out of the question..  Sad

Roskilde official text:

Guns n’ Roses have already proven that full-blooded rock must be delivered in the raw. They have set fiery rock’n’roll hearts ablaze with dissolute hard rock and poised ballads, portraying the outrageous life on the edge in the big city jungle.

Guns n’ Roses – with supreme chief-in-command Axl Rose at the very front – had to cancel their appearance at Roskilde in 2001 to many fans’ regret.

But now the appetite for rock in its purest form is back. And for the first time in many years, Guns n’ Roses are finally coming to Europe for a truly spectacular comeback.

Guns n’ Roses have offered very little new material in recent years, but still they have been safe in the seat at the very top of our audience’s wish list. Today there is an almost mythological aura surrounding the long-awaited Chinese Democracy, an album closer to release than ever.

Expect completely new tunes and some of the most roaring rock songs in recent decades when G n’ R return with full appetite.

Rock fans of the world refuse to give up on Guns n’ Roses – neither does Roskilde Festival!

Hahaha, funny Slash quote on the band's description at Roskilde site:

Full-blooded hard rock in the raw

Guns n? Roses have already proven that full-blooded rock must be delivered in the raw. On the edge of self-destruction, they have set fiery rock?n?roll hearts ablaze with dissolute hard rock and poised ballads. Even today, chief-in-command Axl Rose has created an almost mythological aura surrounding the long-awaited Chinese Democracy, an album closer to release than ever. Rock fans of the world refuse to give up, and even former guitarist Slash has in several interviews given his approval of the album. Expect completely new tunes and some of the most roaring rock songs of the recent decades when G n? R return with full appetite.

LOL! Aftonbladet's (one of the biggest newspapers i Sweden) website reports of GnR coming to Roskilde, but not the concert in their own goddamn country... Grin Well, they'll catch up with their mistake sooner or later i guess...

It's actually Swedens biggest newspaper. And I hope that they don't mention it before the tickets go on sale. That way we can order ours very easy before the storm start Wink

Good thinking!! Smiley  I doubt the rush for tickets will be as brutal as for Maiden, U2 and those bands...in that case, it'll be a challenge getting those tickets...in 2001 though, I had no problems getting tics for the floor by phone....
