I've download an episode of a tv series.

But for some weird reason the 351MB file is an Audio MP4 File, does anyone know how i can convert it?

I don't have a clue, it's meant to be a video clip, i don't even know why it says audio instead i mean it's 351mb ffs.

Anyway, still, i'm clueless, and to answer your question i don't know.

MP4 is the extension used for video files that go on an Ipod, so you could play the video file from Itunes if you want.

or you could download a codec for Media Player called Ace Media Codecs Pack.
I found it by googleing, but if you can't find it, I'll try and upload it for yah!

I think u are hearing only the audio since u don't have a proper codec for the video.
MP4 -> MPEG : http://www.dvd-software.biz/convert_mp4_encoder_codec_converter.htm

Yes u can. You have to extract/rip the audio from the mpeg file.
