I guess Im not the only one who was reminded of STP in "Better."  Thats certainly not to say Axl was influenced at all by STP, its just what I picked up on first listen.  It reminded me a little of a rocking "Adhesive"...

Thanks GNFNR! beer

The first part of the article is good, with a hint of a new UK date. The reviews of the new songs are laughable.

It reminded me a bit - a tiny little bit - of Plush in the first listenings... . Tongue

While the NME don't know their GNR for shit, they would definatly be ahead of us lot in terms of being aware of possible dates...

I'm fucking praying that they do announce a London show!

The new Wembley stadium would be sold-out. This new band needs a BIG SHOW, but not a festival, a big big show on their own.
Something that would stay in memories like the Paris'92 for the old band.

easy
"NME understands that a second live date is also planned around the same time - possibly a club show in London. "
sounds nice as well.

That was one of the worst reviews I have ever read and is piss poor journalism. Many of the facts are incorrect, obviously (like what was played live) and "Better" sounds NOTHING LIKE STP!

They were quite positive about the leaks, but all those little mistakes (TWAT the only leak that hasn't been played live, author didn't know Brain May played on CITR, no full version of the Blues) make it a bad read. I think anyone of us could have written a better article.

It amazes me that you couldn't look at the main page and find that there was already a thread for this.

What?? Does the Blues demo really leak??

There's a The Blues floating around that's actually two live shows playing at the same time, with audience sounds cropped out.
