The game is simple: A test of your knowledge of chords.

Spell out the poster's previous chord and then name a chord for the next person to spell out.

Example: C minor 7
Spelled out: C Eb G Bb

No one. But it makes for a weird sound if used in a minor progression. Sometimes it's kinda cool.

i always forget with the 1st 4ths and 5th chords whether they're dominant or maj 7's. someone can correct me.

When it comes down to it, if you got your 2-5-1s and your 1-6-2-5s you're more or less set. Maybe a 12 bar blues too.
