anyway  i think i have a good taste,too.  IRS is definitely something great to come.  i think it`s even better than most of what the old gnr did. i prefer all the new songs except silkworms to most of the old gnr songs, but IRS is a really great tune, which can compare to paradise city or coma.

Okay, it's a good song? and that is still the poor version. what is to come with the clear one... but compairing the poor version of IRS to Coma is a little bit over statement..you don't believe that even yourself.

Quality of sound is very important to me. I have fast become an audiophile. I love being immersed in HD digital sound. But does that make a song a better song then a song that has been recorded poorly or inferiorly (umm yea that's a word...and if its not, it should be)?

A good song is a good song regardless. Say you have a zepplin CD that is all scratched up and shit. And say you are listening to Dazed and Confused but its all skipping. Does that mean the song isn't as good as some schlock like a poison song is better because that disk isn't scratched (you know cause it wouldnt be because its likely still in the wrapper never to be opened or it got played once then put away forever never to be seen or heard again by human eyes and ears).

A good song is a good song regardless even though a digital 5.1 version would increase the pleasure of experiencing the song 10 fold.

Some are quick on the uptake and some aren't. It's a matter of time.

Those songs are 2 different animals tho. and on the different levels too, IMHO.

I don't deny that silkworms blows raw silk.
It sounds like being in progress, with a nice bits of remarkable constituents laying scattered about. The song as a whole is too incoherent to love but it has too many lovely bits to hate.
I can't decide about this one yet.

i like omg, but its not the caliber of song better is, and omg has been around for 7 years officially so i hope its not on the album but maybe a future live cd with new material.
