The first show is upon us and I think it's safe to say that the million dollar question at this point is will they get a new guitar player to step in for Buckethead or will Finck and Fortus handle the job themselves? Remember that most of us didn't hear that Huge was out and Fortus was in the band until sometime in '02, I believe when a promoter or an arena gave out a press release, is that correct? So, if history tells us anything, barring any new press release from Axl himself, we will not know the guitarist situation until the shows approach.

So, do you guys think they should stick with Fortus and Finck, or should they get a new player?

My hope is they get a third guy, a shredder. I think Fortus and Finck could do a fine job playing the Izzy/Slash material, but couldn't handle the "Chinese Democracy" stuff on their own, assuming BH's parts are still on it.

If Axl can't get Buckethead back in the band, I don't want another guitarist.

well, I would love to see Brian May in GNR's lineup, but that's impossible to my eyes
