our local station here just played it again.... but I swear it is the demo. They didn't announce it this time either. But I don't know that they would just keep playing it unless they could.... weird.

Was your station one of the stations that was playing it heavily a few weeks back? I think only those stations (WAAF etc...) were issued C&D's. So smaller stations are getting around to playing it now. |

Well, Kerrang UK have said they do not have an official quality version of IRS. However, they have recently found the demo version and will be playing it on Saturday at 6pm for any English fans that are interested.

Its already built up tons of buzz and was already getting played to death.
Bands fuck up these days by putting out their best song first.
U dont wanna do this.
U want the album to crescendo up and have every single be better than the last.
So release IRS and then come with other big guns.

I personally don't think it is single-worthy D, but perhaps a version since is. If Better isn't one of the top 2 or 3 songs, it would make a great choice if you don't want THE big gun first.
I think they should put THE best song first. After such a long time, the press and fans will either drool or totally slam the whole thing judging by the first single, so I think they need to make it good.

I disagree, it seems to me IRS has been the most well recieved in most reviews of the Demos (not on the board but in the press)..people seem to think it sounds like old guns more than the other stuff....and it already has charted!! |

yeah and liverpool and you can hear it online theres 2 different stations not sure which of the 2 it is playing on apparently (not sure on source) its playing at 6pm tomorrow (11th march) in the uk www.kerrang.co.uk you can get access to kerrang radio on there |
