Also..what is there guitarist upto these days lol?
I know this sounds funny, but it's true. I recently saw where Jim Martin, the original guitarist for FNM, grows giant gourds. Somewhere online they had a picture of him next to the scale with a squash or something the size of a volkswagon on it. He was also completely shaved & looked like a farmer dude.
anyways, here my favorite FNM song live:

lol, yeah, I heard that ol' Jim is a pumpkin farmer these days.
His solo album had a version of Surpise, You're Dead! on it.............
But no, yeah.
I do love a bit of the old Faith No More.

I assumed there was a thread on FNM but I searched and can't seem to find one. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough...
Anyway, I've only got Angel Dust (and Epic
) but I'll probably get more of their stuff, like The Real Thing. What do people think of their later albums (King For A Day..., Album Of The Year)?
On a random note, Mike Patton turns 40 on Sunday.

I must admit. I have only heard one song that I can recall of and that's "Epic". I might of heard more. WHat are some other good songs?
I might check into them more.

Midlife Crisis is another well-known one, as is their cover Easy by The Commodores. I'm currently digging RV from Angel Dust.

"RV" has always been a personal favorite. Angel Dust is an exceptional album, with "Small Victory" being another standout track. "Easy" continues to be a great cover. Later albums are pretty solid, but Angel Dust is hard to beat, in my opinion.

To me, none of Patton's post-FNM projects (Tomohawk, Peeping Tom, etc.) have matched what was musically accomplished with Faith No More. He's one of the most powerful and diverse rock vocalists in memory, yet he's made very obscure, under-the-radar choices following FNM's break up. Power to him, I just miss the more "mainstream" music he created with the band...
