That's when you sit on your ass down on the floor with your arms folded and your hands on your knees and you spin yourself around real fast. It has to be done on lineloum though.

Dude I have a workout thread in sports, I posted the link on page two of this thread.. Workout arms no more then twice a week being they get hit with every other body part with presses n pulls..

I would advise this 5, 6......maybe even 7 days a week.

Get the clear form your doctor first though.............

I am not 100% positive but I think the every other day rule only applies to when working out with weights.

I work out too, and am sure: it is every other day. Need to give muscles a time to recuperate.
