Ok, so alot of people on this site have several hundred posts...even into the thousands.  I don't post too often, but I have been around for a while.  just because i dont post much doesnt mean i don't enjoy this site. 

Anyway, I'm just starting this thread to see how long people have been on here:

I've been here for over 4 years now.  Seems like a while.  I remember when jarmo re-did the site/forum (or put it on a new server or something) and all the user names got deleted along with every post.  So i'm just curious to see how long everone else has been here at the HTGTH forum.  If you're a noob(like 1 year or less) then save us the clutter....

i had only posted a couple times and read most of the time, since not much happened in the gnr world.

Around the time of the 2001 tour I think.

I was pretty young, and I used to post at a ton of different places. This is the only board that I still post at though.

I must have been around 14, but to be honest I really don't know.

I joined before I went to Uni, so around mid 2001 I would guess on the old old board! Or is that the old old old board? Anyway, I've been here pretty much the whole time, with the odd lapse of a few months or so. I stopped posting as much, or even bothering to log in, as nothing much seemed to be happening. That and the fact I tend not to go on the computer when I get in from a drunken night out anymore!  beer

Well, I started visiting here in December 2003.

But, I officially became a member on June 30th, 2004. In October of that year during the election season, I changed my name from youngerform of axl to Acid Rain.

In Feburary of 2005 in a rare twist of events, I announced my departure. But, then a couple days later on Feburary 24th, 2005 I came back as a new user known as Markus Asraelius. My scheme didn't work, people quickly figured out I was the same guy.

But, from that day forward, I swore never to change my username again. And, I haven't.
