absolutley they are my 4 fav bands ever lol that is exactly what i was thinking. y whould they pick bands like KISS, def leppard, queen, and priest. i like priest though. kiss sucked so bad their tribute was so much better than them and thats sad if they are being outplayed by their tribute band. thats the power of ace for ya! lol and tommy lee is an amazing drummer. everyone in that group kicks ass

The one thing I always thought Slash did better than everyone else was to use the lower ranges in his solos (especially the improvised ones).  SOOO many guitarists just want to wail on the high notes, and usually try to play as fast as they can, but those low notes add so much depth and richness to a solo, which Slash recognizes.
