I haven't seen them either.  My cousin took me to see the newer one, I didn't like it.  I dunno, science fiction just doesn't do it for me.

First one is a really great film.
A couple of the sequals are watchable but occasionaly painful.

Actually I was thinking of getting the boxset, to give them all a bash but it is bloody expensive.

I like Beneath the Planet of the Apes and Conquest besides the first one. I still haven't seen Battle for the Planet of the Apes yet, is it good?

I saw Tim Burton's remake in theaters, it was enjoyable enough.
