well, dont know if youre right or not-but the part about the bureaucracy seems about right. im sure they want all the bases covered in terms of contracts with concert promoters, advertisements, etc. before they do anything more than what has been done...

doubt it-axl's has no record deal with sanctuary as (to my understanding) he is still under guns last contract to geffen. sanctuary are only his management and catalogue holder.

I like that idea for a Febuary 28 release date, just boom!! out of no where CHINESE DEMOCRACY!!! I'm sure that would get a shit load of attention and cause a lot of people to rush out and buy it. Also the irony would be great, a release date every other month for years then when the gnr camp is somewhat silent it comes out and surprises everyone.
