no no no, I said press release... info ABOUT the cd and new guitar player.

I understand everyones speculation.? 48 hours and we shall see.? I never get my hopes up about gnr though, to many let downs.? Just sayin what I was told by an insider, that's all.? he could be wrong, but he is usually pretty good with his info.

He has nothing to do with GnR, but he was made aware the press release was in their possession, just waiting for a few things to finalize.

I dunno how valid phreak's source is, but yet he could be right.

As far as we know, Rock Am Ring will announce Guns on Wednesday, let it be Thursday at the latest, ans maybe then the remaining tour dates will follow along with a press release.

I can imagine that, but still I won't be disappointed if we don't hear anything.

I got used to the silence over the past years.

I wouldn't be surprised if they just show up playing at RIR4 without an announcement before. Just hopefully they'll show up.

PLEASE don't tell me you actually believed sp1at?  THEY GUESS and in guessing they HOPE to be right and they aren't.

Merck said their site posts rubbish.  Keep that in your head when you read sp1at.

Of course, they also correctly "guessed" a bunch of the festival dates before they were announced...

As for Merck's comments..I'd say they are generally not quite as credible on the subject as one might think. ?Remember, Merck has a job to do..and he does it very well. ?Any comments he makes are going to be greatly influenced by that job.... Remember, 2005 was the year of GnR.

Are they always 100% right? No...but they're a rumor site and bill themselves as such.

sp1at has been as accurate as dizzy, tommy, merck, and axl have been in the past.
