It is not coming out in 2007.

Maybe Beta will plug Velvet Revolver some more by making bogus claims.

No single out yet, no promotion and is past the so called 8 week date.

The album is not coming out at all this year, the band has made no statement about it and is continuing living in the past with the Appetite for Destruction shows.

I really feel bad for Robin Finck, who is really talented and it is going to waste in this near cover band.

The new material: Chinese Democracy, Better, Catcher in The Rye and There Was A Time are great songs, it is unfortunate that the band does not want actually test itself and release the album finally.

Tommy: Thanks for the support on my record. And, keep tuned in because I heard stuff before I left the States, some of the final mixes, or close to final mixes of a bunch of the stuff we've been working on for the record. Well they had the final mixes back in 2004, and obviously the C.D. was rejected.

I remember the May 17th Hammerstein Show and after they did their bow, Axl was asking about Lenny Kravitz and to go to some club to hear the album.

Bullshit about Buckethead leaving that it was the best thing, he clearly owns all on the leaks and it has been 3 years and still no album, plus the lost of drumming great Brain.

This likely will be censored, but face it this is not the year, and Axl has run out of people to blame.

Pessimism and roughness aside, this was a very interesting post.

Once the album is out, whenever it's released, I think Axl and co will have a lot of juicy things to say

There's a chance that I could, in all likelihood upon hearing the record, immediately revert back to the point in my life where I began this whirlwind saga many years ago and spontaneously drop 3 hits of lcd, take gravity bong hits until the sun greets me, and eat greasy, vomit-inducing pizza, but....nah, couldn't happen.

thats going to be fucking hard.   but i'm going to fight the tempation and wait till i can buy the CD and bring it home and listen.    I'm hoping it doesn't leak at all.

But the "official" day WILL be special... how many of those who download it will also buy it? Hopefully most people!! So there's gonna be a line waiting outside the record store and all that crazy stuff and I'm gonna be there to make sure I get my copy the first day.
