A month or two, maybe (because they either get a leak from the studio or a cam shot of a screener).  You're talking, right now, 6 months from release AND the movie is still in active production.

I'll eat the DVD if it's an actual pirate of the movie, provided you'll send it to me for verification.

Hell, I will eat it after it passes through Pilferk.  No such thing exists, as the movie is still filming. 

On another note, even early tests of a film do not contian music in them.  The music is usually the last or next to last piece of production.
