Here is my two cents, for what it is worth.

New Single in March/April, with or without GH's 2 (new single on GH's would be nice)!
2nd single for Da Vinci in May
CD in May/June/July timeframe

GH in March, CD in May.  That sounds like a good 1-2 punch. ok

Well, I have been hearing 'rumblings' from the Geffen side of things since like September that "something" was happening March 28th.  I've always assumed it to be CD, but perhaps it is GH II?  Who knows, this is just another piece in the puzzle, as far as I see it.

It would make more sense to have GH2 come out in March and CD in May.  You don't need an assload of promotion for a greatest hits set...whereas something as anticipated as CD needs a bit of buildup before you unleash it (singles, videos, promotional appearances).  I was a bit miffed at the idea of it coming out so soon.  Sure, it'd rule to have the album in my hands within the month, but in all honesty, it'd make me very angry to see it being pushed out with no promotion and being handed a fate similar to Limp Bizkit's last album (no promotion, nothing...sold 50,000 copies or so...sad sad sad).  I can wait for May...if things happen like they are poised to and we get videos, singles, etc...a month or so will not bother me.

Why out out a GH when the Band is new and going into a new direction? Makes not sence.. Just trying to get as much money as possible.. Fucking stupid. Who does that? Back to back month with a GH and New CD.. Especially when CD has been waiting for so many years.

Does anyone know if tickest went on sale yet for GNR's tour date at the Gods of Metal festival in Milan, Italy. I assumed that since the website for the concert wasn't yet up and running that the tickets hadn't gone on sale yet, but now i'm starting to panic and think I may have missed the boat. If they are on sale, where the hell do you buy them?

Do you guys think I should just wait until they come to the US to see them. I'm just a little worried that by the time they would get here the band will have had another meltdown and I don't want to risk not seeing them.

If anyone has any advice, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,
d
