Now back to a more serious topic, namely a 15-page discussion of a 9-second clip. By the way, has anyone confirmed if there is anything to the Prosperous Chili "leak", or was that also a joke?

As of yet, no one has been able to pony up at least a 10 second clip to prove those other songs actually exist for 100% sure.

I can't wait to hear this full song (CITR). After all, it has to do with both of my reclusive namesakes (Axl Rose and J.D. Salinger). I haven't bothered to download this 9-second clip, but I don't think I could resist the full thing.

Does seem a little odd that this one would surface, since I think Axl said it was slated for the 2nd or 3rd album, not Chinese Democracy. Makes me think it may be bollocks, but people do seem convinced that this is real.

If every hoarder that was claiming to be holding the tracks for TRADE would just share their song, then everyone would win. That is what is so stupid about this. Person A has one song, and person B has another. They both wont share the song until they trade with each other. It just makes no sense. If they both SHARED then we and they would have both tracks. Its so fucking stupid.

I agree, if they all leaked the song they have then everyone could download them.  The only thing that might be stopping them is if someone who has the songs is not willing to leak them and so trading may be the only way to get the songs off them.

Amen to that. I don't see the point in forking over money for a demo of a song that we could be seeing on the album next month. But people will do what they want

Honestly, do you know how bad I feel every pm I read that I can't send out another track to you guys? We are the most loyal fan base in the entire world and have stood by Axl and his vision for 10 years. We as a community deserve every leaked track that we get. I have given my word to my source that I would not jepordize the operation to obtain even more tracks... and my word is as strong as my faith in Axl Rose. So, you must understand, that it is not my choice when to leak another track. However, you all have my word that another track will leak... and this time around, "soon" is the word.

So let me get this straight. You were upset when the 9 second clip leaked because you claimed it would hurt its trade value. Last night, you were saying someone else was claiming to have this track and you hope we all get to hear it. Now, you are claiming you can't share it because it would hurt your "operation" to obtain more tracks.

Something doesn't seem right. You can't have it both ways. You can't be telling us you can't leak this track because it is your bargaining chip to get more tracks and then say you hope someone else leaks it which would render your bargaining chip useless.
