The nightclub owner said Axl had 2 CDs, 10 songs each. They have confirmed several gigs. It is about the be delivered. Why ruin it now?

I don't think Axl's naive enough to think that this album won't be leaked.  I doubt this drives him back underground, it's something that happens with every album, and he obviously hasn't kept it locked away in high security vaults, it's been played several times at strip clubs and night clubs
