I'm in LA, but I'm not sure what KROQ's number is.  It's probably on their website. 

I'm hoping this announcement is a Guns N Roses concert at the House Of Blues in West Hollywood  ok

Why would it be at midnight? That's when the least ammout of people would be listening. Morning/afternoon drive would make more sense.

The only thing I could think of of why it would be at midnight is that the station signed some kind of non-disclosure agreement not to release the information until Feb 24, so they are releasing it at 12:01am, as soon as they are legally able to.
