maybe you have to have special ear phones to hear it perfectly but it does have lots of way to pitchy vocals that kind of blend in way to much, his vocals are powerfull at times but more in the annoying way... (A) on the guitar solo the only bright spot..

I guess I'm the only one that thinks that solo doesn't fit............but the more I listen to it I hear more cool effects going on in the backround.

Maybe it will keep growing on me.

I think I.R.S. is a great rock song. When comparing it to the rock songs from the old band, I only rank it behind Paradise City, You Could Be Mine, and Welcome To The Jungle. That's how good it sounds to me.

People that like Guns but don't visit forums and have been out of touch of current GN'R news will hate this. In my honest opinon this album will bomb and bomb big. I know it is a demo, but listen to the Illision demos they are pretty much the finished product.

The new album is going to kick ass IMO. These songs aren't done yet obviously, but they do sound "complex" as Axl mentioned. I am re-excited about CD now!

I burned IRS to CD last night and back it up with it's so easy. The two were world's apart. I take into consideration that it is only a demo. But really the new stuff from GnR I have heard I like, but am not floored by. The blues, maddy etc are good, but not at the level of any of the stuff prior.

I will take the album for what it is worth: probably be a good album. If it is great, then that is even better. But I am not holding my breath for a masterpiece. I do agree that Axl could fart in a mic and posters here would go crazy for it though.

I'm not going to flame you. Personally, I think these songs will be "filler" compared to what I expect the rest of the CD to be. These both just seem like good rock songs, nothing extremely memorable. People are going "apeshit" over these, and I think it's mainly because they have been so desperate to hear new GnR music.
I dig the tunes, but will reserve judgement until I hear the complete CD in it's finished form.

I don't agree with those lyrics, either. My main and only argument against them is that they just don't make any sense. They're just a bunch of mixed words and lines that sound similar to what Axl is singing. I know it's hard to transcribe a song, and this song particularly, and I appreciate what you people have done, but no, these are only about 50% correct.

I'll add that I don't have any suggestions what the correct lyrics might be in those parts that don't make sense. I just know that those printed can't be right.

No I said im 99% sure of the one line i posted. I cant make out a lot of what axl is singing on the demo.
