Whilst the vocal melody and singing is very cool...I have to say that the basic music is very boring. I am hoping for more music along the lines of live n let die or jungle, and hoping that november rain like songs are left alone.....dont need any blurring the lines between the best rock band of all times and 70's schmaltz rock balladeering.

first of all I don't know how people got most of these lyrics cause its hard as hell to hear most of it cause it's such brutal quality, but it seem like a decent song, it would be nice to hear a real version.

Anyway here are my thoughts on the first bit of the song lyrics from Don't Try Me

I don't know. Its really bad quality, but I think it's about the GnR Breakup and the lawsuits and shit. I know it sounds like old news but Axl hasn't really said too much about it yet so, whatever

The private Eye is to look to see what they have on him
The IRS part is to track his income on the old material
The FBI is to see if he has a case I don't know I'm just pulling this out of my ass really

As a demo its cool...but the musicianship is somewhat bland....and if the lyrics were better (say as good as locomotive/sympathy for the devil)...then the song would be an all time classic......as is its just a good rock song that would have been just below civil war status on the Illusions

Didn't any of you guys were nervious before listening to the track? I first downloaded the 32 sec file, then the 44sec and then the complete song. I felt like I did back 6 years ago when I first heard "Oh my God". Man, I had to listen to the track at least 3 times cause the first two I didn't know what the hell whas going on..between the excitement, the adrenaline...

Anyway, despite the quality, it's a good, solid song. I can't wait to hear the finishing product. Axl sounds great.

However "Gonna win and knock it outta your face" I'm 99% positive axl says "gonna wave it, write that out in your face" Altho dave's line lays better in the story, it's in fact not closer then to what Axl sings.

Im very dissapointed the whole HTGTH and GNR have teamed up conspiracy has amounted to nothing....but I knew it wouldnt and tried to warn people...hope is a bitch in the GNR world.

There's nothing I can do about that. I never "hyped" it. We moved the site to a new server, that's it.

hmmm....you do realize that sympathy for the devil was a cover right? and you said something about wishing the music was more like live and let die, you know that is a cover as well right? by "cover" i mean a song someone else wrote and performed and made famous.

Yes obviously I am aware of both.

simply meant that without the outstanding lyrics of a song such as locomotive or SFTD...or outstanding music like Jungle or LALD....this song is dissapointing as a whole if the standard is to be held to a 10 YR wait. Great vocals...very good vocal melody.....average lyrics and music..IMHO

Good to great song overall,  i expect better lyrics and music if Axl is to explain the demise of GNR...

IRS sounded average on the first few hearings... then, then it got better 
Poor quality sound recording to one side, i really quite like the track 
IRS is on my site, and no i cannot tell you the location as that would be wrong
