It has been said on channel four text in the uk that Slash will not be rejoining Guns n' Roses. They were given this info from velvet revolver PR.

Perhaps this will quash those original line up rumours. Although with this silence being placed on all members, who really knows.

They also mentioned IRS, saying how its hardly a classic, but would make a good album track.

I never thought he was, that would have been amazing to me since everyone would get what they wanted, 3rd guitar player plus the guy who gave us such memorable solos from the early stuff..

At this point I just know he's not coming back  ok

Velvet Revolver's manager today confirmed to Channel 4 (UK) Teletext that Slash was not returning to
Guns N Roses. Check it out for yourself. It was never gonna happen, but hopefully this should put some stupid rumours to bed.

Will, I always figured it was a crock of shit, but the Ross Halfin reunion comments and the two fake insiders telling people Slash was back is what gave certain people hope that it was true.
