Finland VS Sweden, oh my god I don't know who to root for Huh But at least it's gonna be a great game? peace

Just root for whoever you'd think Conan O'Brien would.
Nah I think I'll go with finland since they don't have a single gold from these games and all....? ?besides I have no idea who? Conan O'Brien is? Undecided? ?

1-1  Cry

2-2 now.. Great match. A fuckin' triller Cool Sel?nne, Hagman and Jokinen will score and Sundin leaves the arena after Ruutu's tackle. So it will be 5-2 after third period. Yay Finland!

EDIT.

Forget everything I just said. One thing I hate is losing.. and even more I hate losing to Swedes. And maybe the most I hate Swede's strategy every time they lead by one goal. They dont even want to play. At least we have Ruutu  ok

Congratulations to Sweden.

They got the slower game they wanted and Finland played their worst game of the tournament.

Typical Finnish thing, to assume you can just take it easy to win. There was no speed and it seemed like occasionally the players thought they were at practise. no

That's true. Second period was just awful.. but I dont like the strategy Swedes used in the third period. I still think that we need to take Summanen back.. He has the talent to keep the players awake in every game.

Yeah.. The Swedes were better today. Especially in the second. It was awful to watch... Well.. The Finns scored 3 goals with Berg finishing the first for the swedes.

And it's a pity that the 3rd period started the way it did. It really killed the game for us.

I dont think that IT killed the game for us.. But after that score, Swedes started to defend alot and they didnt want to take any risks so it was simply boring. We didnt have any luck today. Swedes had, like always  Undecided Just watch the last two minutes again and you'll see what I mean.

I missed the game. I ended up turning it on as Finland was being awarded silver medals.  Cry Niittymaki looked so sad but he was the MVP of this tournament so I'm proud of him! Calder Cup MVP and Olympics MVP all in one year!

Finland was great this tournament, especially considering they had so many players out.  Finland has a bright future!

We might see a Niittymaki/Lunqvist rematch on Thursday.

Congrats to Peter Forsberg!

Yeeeeeeeeees! Yeeeeeeeeeees! Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy ?love ?yes

Wonderful to finally see Sundin, Lidstr?m, Forsberg and Alfie winning a gold medal together. We've had so much failure these last years.

Although, it was tough to see Sel?nne and Koivu after the game. True gentlemans to the sport and they kind of deserved a gold medal aswell. They can be proud of what they achieved this tourney though, even if it feels awful right now.

7 gold medals for Sweden. Fantastic! Cheesy

Finland lost one game in the tournament, and that was enough for second place Sad Luckily I was watching the game in a bar, so it was somehow easier to digest the loss with other disappointed people around hihi

Poor Teppo Numminen, he almost broke down crying when he was being interviewed after the game. I really feel sorry for the guys...

twas a good hockey game. That third goal by Lidstrom was an amazing shot though.

Zetterberg got a goal and an assist too? ok Nice to see my wings pull it out hihi

I though Finland was gonna get a goal at the end there but a flailing Ludquist managed to knock it out with his stick.

Selanne played amazing for the Finn's too.As well as Niitimaki (sorry if i spelt it wrong). Ah well can't be disappointed with a tourney like they played if you are from Finland. One loss Shocked Amazing, 4 SO's Shocked Amazing!

Also I find it very rare when at least one goal in a game is not a fluke, every goal today was virtually impossible to stop.

Again good game to both, well worth getting up early for ok
