hahaha the amusing part about this is that there is a possibility of one of us winning the contest and we live nowhere near minnesota.  I live on the east coast and I am sure plenty of you internationals will be voting too.  I hope one of us wins!

They are playing in Minneapolis this spring also..  a cross between emo and old school rock would be my description, but I've only heard a couple of their songs....

AVENGED SEVENFOLD's Warner Bros. debut, "City of Evil", was certified gold in January 2006 by the RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) for shipments in excess of 500,000 copies. The group's third album, "City Of Evil" is the follow-up to 2003's "Waking the Fallen", which was issued through Hopeless Records.

AVENGED SEVENFOLD frontman M. Shadows recently said that the band has been offered a slot on this summer's Ozzfest. No acts have been officially confirmed for the festival. An AVENGED SEVENFOLD DVD is also in the works, possibly for release this fall.

Voted for IRS.  Avenged Sevenfold really isn't that bad.  There newest cd actually rocks.  The guitar and drummer rip.  But really, they can't touch GNFNR.
