Hey guys.  I heard that "Better" was leaked on Maxim Radio of Sirius Satellite Radio around 11:00 or 11:30 by a caller.  I think that's the Rich and Covino Show?  I usually listen to Maxim Radio after Howard Stern but I was in class at the time.

Before all my posts about subjective matters there should be an IMO before the post. I took this sig down but of course it has to go back up.

those guys at ccc are dicks they will licking axls ass when cd is out. People dont understand its a demo not the final version why ppl dont like it i haven't the slightest idea. It kicks ass so does better man i cant wait for cd.

Yeah I am sure they are salad tossers DJ go with what the majority of their fans say and think. PLaying these demos are only showing the uniformed fans that GnR is subpar. the average joe doesnt consider a leaked rough cut, they consider Crazy new GnR by Axl work.

Chez 106.9 in Ottawa, Canada played pieces of both clips this morning, took callers, gave their opinions on them. The general consensus from the callers was that Better had "potential" and that IRS had "good guitar work", the DJ's were pretty clueless about Gn'r though.... the DJs were cool about the fact that the clips were demos though, and said, "I don't want to play the clips in full because they're internet-quality, and you'll hear them the way they were meant to be heard once the CD comes out" or something of that nature.
I was impressed that they even played it really, they rarely play Gn'r. But it was cool.

i guess rover's morning glory morning radio show based in chicago, which also broadcasts to cleveland and some other cities, played both this morning and the two guys on the show loved both songs.  my buddy told me about it, he said they took calls, which were mixed but mostly positive, and talked about them for about 20 minutes.  awesome, awesome

93.3 wmmr played the clips around 5:30 today.

i've heard the DJ (Jaxon) rip Axl in the past. and he said both songs "blow".

he took a bunch of calls and everyone of them was negative. they all agreed the songs sounded like shit.
