How many copies of Chinese Democracy will you buy / did you pre-order?

My wife just bought me a new cd today and framed it for me.  Now, I've got the vinyl framed and on the wall along with a cd framed and on the wall...and then of course there's my regular cd that I play. 

Total for me (so far), 1 vinyl, 2 cd's.
I ordered one as a gift for a friend.
I bought another for a friend who was interested.
I plan on buying another as a stocking stuffer for my brother.

A new booklet would be killer!  Perhaps one more cd to be unopened...we shall see. 

btw, maybe a stupid question, but is it available on cassette anywhere?

just 1 so far.  probably buy 1 for our office secret santa, but honestly its more of a joke.  Everyone knows i'm a HUGE guns fan and I take a lot of shit for it b/c nobody thinks this is "the real guns n' roses".

probably buy a copy for my brother too who was a HUGE guns fan back in the day but has the same attitude as what is in quotes above.

Today I recieved my 7th and 8th copy of Chinese Democracy. Bought the cd from a record store a day before it came out, already had pre ordered from jb hifi, itunes and hmv uk. Bought 2 LP's, 1 to listen to and 1 to frame with the Better 7" I got with the HMV uk pre order. And today I got 2 copies of the box. 1 to use and 1 to keep.

I thought that was gunna be it until Axl comfirmed there will be another cover or 2 coming out soon. So That will take me to at least 10.

No wonder no one will marry me.

At first I bought 3 cd's and 2 vinals, have since purchased 5 more cd's and one more vinal as gifts.  One copy for each vehicle driven, one copy to be left unopened with vinal for framing, 1 as gift to my brother, will probably pick up a couple more discs just to have on hand, then I should be good to go lol.  Also purchased a new turntable and bose headphones for my listening pleasure on vinal, if that didn't take me back a ways wow!! sounded so damn good

bought on cd (for ease of playing in the car) and vinyl (my preferred format). then another vinyl from hmv to get the 7" single (prob frame the album cover).  just bought it for someone at work as a secret santa (he was really pleased - and I had no idea if he was into GnR or not!).

Husband freakishly got given cd for his secret santa at work too (funny story as the girl who bought it is not a close friend at all and had wandered into HMV to see what she could get him. She had no idea a new Guns album was even out - just remembered my hubby talking about the cuckoo club gig in 06 and asked a staff member if GnR had anything new out.... what are the chances!!!!  ).

Gonna download at work tomorrow too an get on my ipod as stupid bastard laptop at home is g i v i n g  u p an wont let it happen!
