Try listening to the whole album instead of just one song.

Agreed, Zakk keeps turning out kickass albums one after another. The last 5 BLS albums have all been excellent, and he's turned them all out in a matter if about 4 years. He's a fuckin' song machine.

Just got home from seeing BLS in concert here in Sydney Australia, and man, what a f**kin' awesome gig!
Zakk Wylde was spot on with everything he played and was pretty receptive to the crowd too.
Can't remember the setlist exactly, but they opened with The Beginning At Last, closed with Stillborn, and the set was pretty heavy on Blessed Hellride tracks as well as quite a few from the new album Shot To Hell. All the songs sounded great though. Zakk even played keyboards on In This River, and dedicated The Last Goodbye to Steve Irwin and Peter Brock (Aussie's who've recently passed away). Nick played the solo in that one too, and replicated Zakk's studio solo perfectly.
Only disappointment for me was not hearing Demise Of Sanity played, because it's my fav BLS tune, but other than that I can't complain.
Will write up more about the gig later, I gotta get some sleep!

A 15-minute audio interview with BLACK LABEL SOCIETY mainman Zakk Wylde, conducted recently by Andrew Haug of Triple J's "Full Metal Racket" (based in Australia), can be downloaded at this location (6.1 MB).
As previously reported, BLACK LABEL SOCIETY's latest CD, "Shot to Hell", has entered the Italian album chart at position No. 49. This marks the first time a BLACK LABEL SOCIETY release has charted in Italy. "Shot to Hell" sold just under 32,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to land at position No. 21 on The Billboard 200 chart.
BLACK LABEL SOCIETY's Zakk Wylde will be the featured guest on the nationally syndicated radio show "Rockline" airing Monday, October 9. The live show begins at 8:30 p.m. PT / 11:30 p.m. ET, and fans are encouraged to call in with questions during the program at (800) 344-ROCK (7625). To find a station near you, check out

Oct. 19th show in Jersey
Alright. Kick ass show indeed. Black Stone Cherry opened for BLS. Which I thought would be a good choice. I was wrong. They overstayed their welcome on stage. Extended their songs and shit that def. wasn't needed. They are talented but after a few of their songs you just want the BLS machine to come kick ass.
Now the place is packed and the BLS chants start coming. BLS goes on around ten. They open with New Religion and it kicked fuckin as much ass as you would think. The crowd last night was insane. NJ really stepped it up and made the band feel damn good. Nick Cantanse handled the solos for Spoke in the Wheel, The Last Goodbye, and In This River. I was happy to see Nick get some time to shine and he pulled off all 3 solos beautifully.
We had a great "DIME BAG" chant going. Zakk stopped the band and all you heard was the Dimebag chant which was amazing.
Zakk was in top form tonight. Voice, playing, everything. Ripped some killer solos and ripped through the set list. Great fucking show. The closed with Stillborn which was the song of the night for me. Just kicked all kinds of ass.. The whole place had their arms up and was singing along. Bleed for Me was another ass kicking song. Here's the set list from what I remember.
New Religion
Forever Down
Been a Long Time
Bleed For Me
Beginning at Last
Suffering Overdue
Funeral Bell
Spoke in the Wheel
The Last Goodbye
Sucide Messiah
In This River
Black Mass Reverends
Concrete Jungle
Fire It Up
Stillborn
