While it is true that making a big deal of Axl sightings can be a bit crazy BUT the man has been a recluse for a couple years...or he has been seen and no one could give a damn to report it until now since he spoke out himself about CD.  Either way it's the most we have gotten from the man himself.   Sightings are a big deal after years of silence and no sightings at all.

Probably the hugest goal I have, would be to meet Axl Rose, I'm sure alot of you feel the same way. 

I left on Jan. 23rd to spend 6 days in Vegas with my husband, it was to be our 16th wedding anniversary on the 27th.  We usually go every 4 to  6 months, so we decided to go and celebrate there, and fulfill one of our other Vegas rituals, which is getting a tatoo.  A small shop across the street from the "Stratasphere" called "Tatoo Heaven/Diversity, they do awesome work.  Anyway we returned home on Saturday, the evening of the 28th.  To think that I was only days away from being in Vegas at the same time as Axl, well lets say that it disapoints me bad.  Anyway there is no great ending to this story, just felt like sharing my disapointment with everyone.  PS- I had a great time anyway!!!

Mebbe he is looking for a strip club to practice in again before he goes out on tour.   

Seriously..I really think that now it has been made a big deal of him speaking at that Korn party, they are gonna report sightings now and if nothing more comes of CD or what Axl is doing then it will die down again or he will become a recluse again.   Hell for all we know, he could live at strip clubs and no one really ever bothered to report it.

It's not so much that I think it's lame (strippers and hookers are just trying to make a living like the rest of us)... BUT when I read about Axl hangin' out at strip clubs, it really really really skeeves me. ?It not only ruins my "Axl fantasies" but it also makes me afraid the headline on the next Axl sighting will be something like "AXL CAUGHT DOING A PEE WEE HERMAN" ?

I just ment, people think its strange for a guy to go to strip clubs as much as he seems too. I don't think its a big deal. He doesn't have a ring on his finger, he go to them anytime he wants. And even if a guy is married doesn't mean he can't go to them. Thats all I ment by that.

I saw a thing on the travel channel about the new Wynn Hotel & Casino, and there is actually a Ferrari Dealership in the hotel.  ...................So maybe since the Beverly Hills dealers gave him a hard time, he's now going out of state for his exotic car fix   The Wynn is fucking swank!!!

Now that you mention it, one of my friends went to Vegas a few months ago and said that at the Wynn Hotel there was a Ferrari car collection and one of the cars in the collection had a sign in front of it saying that it once belonged to Axl. Maybe Axl is friends with Steve Wynn, the guy who owns the place, and that's why he has been seen there a couple of times.

Yeah, alot of people here dont seem to understand agoraphobia, or how the life of a recluse really is. They hear Axl walks out of his house, and they immediately think we're back in the early 90's. Its a very strange mental illness. You can go years without any activity, all of a sudden get a wild hair and start going out again, and then out of the blue the agoraphobia kicks in again. This might have played a role in the failed 2002 tour.
 There's major difficulty in just getting up and leaving your house. When you fight it, and eventually do go out, sometimes you get a "high" and think everything's great and there's nothing wrong.  It looks like Axl is on one of these highs right now. How long will it last? A week? A month? A year? Maybe longer? Nobody knows. Its different depending on the person who suffers from it. Lets just hope it lasts long enough for him to get the CD ball rolling.
