Robin Finck has become the most elusive don't you think?

Other than Axl who has been reasonably visible lately, Tommy tours and contacts fans regularly, Brain has other projects, Richard seems to have adopted a "pseudo-studio musician work ethic" (see the infamous 'Dive in and Find the monkey fax'? ) while Dizzy is regularly seen playing in high school gymnasiums and super market openings. Does Chris Pittman figue? Not sure about that.

But Finck has a veil of secrecy around him. Mysterious. nesquick? Have you done something to 'the Goth'??

Yes, that is very strange. you would think he would be out there performing with some other band while mankind waits for CD. Another strange thing is how he was the first to leave GNR(i'm assuming for lack of progress), and then come back. We're years removed from that departure and rejoining, and the guy not only stays in GNR, but does absolutely nothing. Very odd. I've always found it fascinating how Axl could gather a group of men to waste the prime of their lives on an album that might not ever get released. Either CD is pure manna from heaven, or these guys are the dumbest motherfuckers that the universe ever spawned.
