My "theory" to all this new information!

ATT: This is just a crazy idea of mine, and it's a very small chance of anything beeing true!!

Maybe the whole saga of GnR after `93 is just a genious master marketing plan?
Think about it,  Nirvana, grunge and a basic overall change in the music industry was slowing GnR down, so they needed to do something dramatically to keep interest up..  Maybe the break-up between Slash, Duff and Axl was just a play? Sales and general interest for the band have been kept high all this years, the lawsuits between band members, the bad talk, the good talk, the solo projects, Slash guesting and/or jamming with a lot of artists, Velvet Revolver.. maybe all this is small bricks in something bigger than lfe, never seen in music history before? Maybe it all adds up to GnR waiting for the perfect moment to re-intruduce GnR for the world...  Maybe the hype about C.D. was started just to make the fans not loose interest, maybe Slash, Duff, Izzy and Axl have kept contact in secret, and have recorded a new GnR album... Maybe Scott, Buckethead ,Tommy Brain and all others are just "extras" in the block buster movie: Guns N Roses? They may not even be awere of their role themselves? If something like this in fact turned out to be true, it would create a bullethole in music history, not just a mark !!

Anyway, the chances are smaller then me winning the lottery, and be striked by lighting, and meeting Elvis alive on the same day, but it would be great!

Thats the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Trust me, there hasn't been a master plan since 1993, and interest hasn't been kept high all these years. Where were you in the years 1994-2000, when liking GNR basically guaranteed you had a 'Loser' stamp on your forehead? Interest has increased in recent years for nostalgic reasons, and the general public's very mild interest in CD.  There hasn't been a 13 year long plan. If there was, it went horribly wrong in the first year this "plan" went into effect.

Well what I ment to say, and sorry for not doing that, was that I think the interest would have died, if they had continued like they were in 93, because of the situation in music... So by doing the whole break up thing, at least they kept a small interest for the band that since then have grown bigger and bigger every year...  And dude,by the way, I've been around for all the years keeping touch of everything in GnR land since 88...  Please remember that I dont belive this theory as well, it was just a crazy idea...
