Amen! It always strikes me as a little sad when BS posters seem to dream up great marketing campaigns and stuff for this record while managment stays silent. Perhaps, IF this thing really is close, management is playing it tight to the vest and has some huge stuff planned, but we just don't know

maybe they wanna keep it a surprise or not have any expectations so that if Axl decides not to release it people wont be let down. Do you expect them to tell people its true? Im not saying it is but I also wouldnt expect them to say yea its true either. Thats the equivalent to them making an announcement. If they say yes to that they are saying its coming out soon. And they are not willing to do that......

and maybe this answers My question about why management stays silent-they know their client is extremely volatile in his moods and it's hard to commit him to anything. That said, building up an entire wall of silence through lawsuits, confidentiality agreements, etc.  around a record just smacks me as little absurd-i'd rather hear small, positive comments of some substance than nothing. fuck, even an acknowledgement of how much the fans mean and what role they will play in the event of something happening would be cool, just to let us know we're appreciated.

More on topic: IF the record comes out, I'd have no doubt Axl will be featured in RS-as much as I think they suck now, they're still the source for mainstream music coverage, and they will certainly not ignore such an anticipated release.

has anyone ever seen a pic of mysteron or met him?  i love his inside info he brings us.... but I feel we are waiting for Axl as if we are waiting for the second coming of christ and mysteron is prophet bringing us the lord's message...... then ya kinda start to think... there is no god but god!  does he bring us the word in the form of an insider!  has mysteron ever been wrong?  i gotta stop smokin up this early in the day.  I cant wait til this is all over and all we have to talk about is the new singles, videos, live shows, interviews etc.....
