The only smoke here is coming from Mysteron's crack pipe. I mean, I am as big of an Axl fan as anyone, but doing things "his way" has resulted in ONE NEW SONG being released in FOURTEEN AND A HALF YEARS. I'm sure you can understand the frustration, since we know Uncle Axl's sitting on some great stuff (even if there was nothing else but finished versions of IRS, Madagascar, CD and The Blues, I would still say that).

FYI... Towers of London were in California at the end of September. I presume that's when they went to the Rainbow.

I take it as dont believe everything you read meaning there is no gnr on it. As for Ebay, he will sell it on ebay for the other bands fans.

Hey guys,

Just curious, I saw in the new issue of NME that Donny listed a song called "Smoke In The Hills" by Guns N' Roses as one of his favorite current songs and that its intended to be on "Chinese Democracy." Was he just joking around when he said this? Or did he receive a genuine leak of a GN'R song? Any details on how it sounds? The GN'R diehards need any little scrap they can get!

Also - we've been spinning "On A Noose" reguarly at WSFX (college station) in Nanticoke, PA, USA!

Exactly.  That to me says that there is nothing for ChiDem on that CD.  Anyways listen to Mysteron, He's one of the only people on the boards with solid info and a level head.

I'm sure they were probably kidding. Towers Of London are on a major label in both the UK and US. (They're on TVT here in the States) - They don't need to sell a fake Guns N' Roses CD on eBay.  They're already raking in the cash...

TVT is not a major label.  Even if they are on a major label, it doesn't mean they are making alot of money.  Hell I have a huge music collection (over 1000 cds) , and I've never heard of this band.

Either way if it gets onto Ebay they are going to seriously hurt themselves. They will shorten their lifespan in the music world to a couple of months instead of 1 or 2 years! Axl will get pissed and destroy them!

They are an ok band, i saw them live before i left for California last summer, nothing special though, for some reason the music reminds me of the Sex Pistols (no where near as good so dont get arsey). They look like Guns did back in their "confused period" in 86, wild hair etc!
