It?s been 14 years since YUI. To normal band it takes maximum of 4 years to make an album. Not this one. You can lose a songwriter, lead guitarist, basist and ,hell, a drummer
and still claim you have a band. Yuo can start losing again. Guitarist again, just to get that one back... Drummer, replaced... And a lead guitarist again! Now a basist (Stinson)

Why should we believe that this is getting any better? Remember... Bhead was impossible to work with. Well, it?s been 2 years from that statement, the same statement that promised us "hopefully" the CD within next months. Who thinks that this is actually happening? To the world this band vanished like 12 years ago. The "band" lives only in this forum. Mygnr is down. If this goes down then, no more GNR... Well,it?s like no more gnr since 1993.

Truth hurts, doesn?t it?

maybe you should ask yourself why you even bothered? go back home, get someone to change your diaper and maybe get someone to read you a nice bedtime story on what it is like to hope and wish for something...I just can't figure it out, if that is the way you feel then why are you here?? maybe your mother and father were brother and sister and that was the best you can come up with on such short notice?? Merry Christmas to you to pal rofl

I think, that this forum helps to the memory of what was Guns N Roses, but people would still like GNR, regardless of the existence of the forum, they -- and I include myself -- like GNR mostly only for the music. And we must be realistic too, Guns N Roses, -- or what remained of it -- has no direction at all, and that's disapointing and frustrating for fans like me and Rckn, who dont know about the band's fate. So this thread is not that senseless as some people think in my humble opinion. ?

Well, It?s been so long since anything vital. I just wonder, that did Sanctuary people actually heard anything new from Axl? They paid him a lot of money that was supposed to include the new stuff also. Did they make a contract that would have put some kind of deadline? I thought so, because why would they pay for only back catalogue? Now it seems that even in that deal, there was no deadlines.

Don?t get me wrong, the blues and madacasgar are epics in any standarts. I?d just like to hear more than one second of studio work of both. Why the hell is this not possible?`

Stinson; check http://www.soulasylum.com/, you can see his face on official promo. And this:

"The Soul Asylum line-up for the Bowery Ballroom show includes group founders Dave Pirner and Dan Murphy with an extraordinarily simpatico rhythm section: former Replacement Tommy Stinson on bass (standing in for the late great Karl Mueller) and legendary Minneapolis drummer Michael Bland (whose resume runs from Prince and Paul Westerberg to the Dixie Chicks and his own band Sons of Almighty)."

That?s not good, put gives you a singnal anyway. Maybe he?ll be back, if Axl calls. I can understand him anyway, he is a good artists. He wants to perform.

Lisa: I found out about this band in 1987, just before appetite. I?m valid to express my frustration. And since nothing is happening; the truth.

How do you know something isn't happening secretly?  Can't just say "nothing is happening" without anything to back it up. Axl and the new guns might be doing something. The time might not be right.  Speculation btw.

If you're talking about the people that released AFD then something is happening since some of those people made it public that they are producing a new cd.
