On an unrelated note, when I saw Gilby Clark last summer he played a Snakepit song...Beggars & Hangers-On.

Monkey Chow maybe? He has played that a lot...

Is there anyone who has the Snakepit version of Bad Apples? I'd love to hear it.

i don't get why ppl don't like eric's voice, i love it. the acoustic show is amazing and his voice is really heart felt.
i think the first snakepit cd is a master piece, and even though it's not fair to compare i still think it's better than contraband.
i just love that cd.

What acoustic show? Please help me out.

BTW I think 5 O'Clock is Slash's finest work.

I didn't like Eric's voice at first, but it grew on me (just as the album did) over time.

Love "5 O'Clock" it is awesome, was disappointed Eric didnt sing on the 2nd CD, not really listened to that one many times.

I remember Slash & Eric doing "Neither Can I" on Jo WIley's (Radio 1 DJ, for those not in the UK) live lounge.  ok Now all she does is yawn on about shit like coldplay.

When? 1995 Where? I have no idea. I never heard it myself. I just remember when the album came out, they said that was one of the GNR songs they played.
