That's from a show call "La Hora Chanante". (The Chanante Hour) It comes on once a month in Paramount in Spain. They do sketches and comedy around a "celebrity" each month...I've seen this whole episode and it's hilarious.
It's a very low budget show...gotta give them credit for that.?
