I am originally from Maine (22 years) then RI (12 years) and a huge Pats fan!!!!

Don't blame the Bucs, they are just just not in the same league as the Pats.   

Boy did they get spanked though.  Look out for the Pats in the post season, they are starting to look pretty good.

And slc is probably not a Bucs fan, if he even like football at all.  He is from Utah and would probably be a Denver fan I would guess.  (No I am not trying to read his mind  )

I appreciate the sentiments SLCPUNK.? I agree with everything you said.? It takes a stand-up guy to start a thread like this.? I apologize for anything offensive I might have said to anyone.? I know most on here are passionate about their point of views and that is respectable.

I hadn't visted the forum much since Jarmo locked the political threads ? I know there are interesting discussions to be had over Axl's dreadlocks, botox, etc.? However, I just don't find those threads drawing me to this board anymore. 

I certainly don't want to get a thread locked by making references to politics, but it is difficult not to.  It is TORTURE to keep us from talking politics on this board.? It is driving me HUSSEIN.? I know if IRAN this board I would have probably done the same thing Jarmo did, ie use the NUCLEAR OPTION.? ?In the end I think it was a WMD, (well-made decision).? The MOORE we discussed politics the worse it got.? It was time to MOVE-ON; no one was out FOXing the otherside.? I don't think any side ever really achieved a W.? I think a temporary ban on the discussion of any politics was the RIGHT thing to do.? Hopefully, by the time these topics are discussed again some of troublemakers will have LEFT for good.? Lets just hope, once the new year starts, the mods don't DELAY in letting us discuss politics.

SLC - i appreciate the apology. thanks. you're obviously a humble, stand up guy. (not that i ever thought otherwise.)

and i apologize to you and everyone else I offended or disrespected with my downgrading comments or backdoor insults (or when I just act like an ass).

i like to argue. some of my best friends are liberal and like to argue as well. i?ll have heated debates with them, but we can drop it on a dime. and that?s the approach i take in here as well. i don?t take anything personal, and i don?t hold people?s opinions against them. 

obviously, i enjoy the political threads - and the number one reason is the strong opinions that differ from mine. if it wasn?t for those, i wouldn?t visit and post in them. so as much as i disagree or criticize other?s views, i really do have a strong appreciation for them. life would be so boring if we all thought the same.
