No, none, but considering the numerous amount of legal procedures, the settlements outside of court, the cost of living generally ( house on hill + house bills+taxes++++) , cost of almost everything else aside, i'd say it's probably far less than what people imagine it to be.

Writing a biography would get money coming in.... hihi

Depends on what they negociated and it's exactly on this we do not have infos. If we did, we'd also have an idea as to wether bill rose wants an album out, or...not ?

This has been discussed before, anyway we are talking about?the lead singer from the biggest rock act band for 6 years. GNR netted around $50 Million during the Illusions tour, album & Videos ( DVD's) and merchandising sales, royalties, contracts...made him super rich.Sure the guy hasn't been as productive lately (well, maybe the GH Cd's made him a few millions...) but Axl is a smart guy. They guy sure has somebody managing his money.

Mao, that's what my great grandad said about his family. He didn't know he'd have a son of a bitch as a son who'd spend millions to entertain himself during 88 years  confused

And my father who decided to get up from his ass and get serious past 40 with work, because he thought he'd be a multi millionaire thanks to his dad.

Didn't happen see, so i do hope for axl's family that he'll put some sense into their heads concerning money. It can be Very destructive shit.

I don't think poverty would ever be the reason Ax releases CD. I don't think he's rich either. He has his house and it costs a lot, so he could probably get a few bucks from selling that. Plus his flashy cars and whatever else he's got.
As for his house-staff and Earl - they don't do much any way, so I doubt if he pays them the earth, or as much as he used to when he was "Axl Rose".
Don't forget it costs money to put an album together and I don't think Geffen are willing to put any more money towards CD, and Axl can't afford to fund it himself.

Also depends how much he paid Erin and Stephanie. They sued for alot of money in the early 90's then settled out of court. Also rumors of Illusion shows going past curfew and not making much on shows they were fined.

Im sure Axl can live easily using the past songs in video games, movies..maybe an average of $1M per year alone, not including record sales.

Axl's rich..but i dont think he has limitless funds..my guess is $50-75M.

His wealth is also tied into Chinese Democracy because of the money Geffen paid in advance to finish it. Almost $15m.
Thats not chump change to Axl. Especially if heaven forbid, he never releases it. These days who knows how to read Axl about the record.  But Geffon will eventually be trying to get the money back.
