Last year I had a top 10 worst 5 movies of 2004 which was incredibly popular, so this year we are back again.

King Kong and some other releases are comin out so u can fit those into the list accordingly after viewing.

So far however, what are the top 10, worst 5 movies of the year. If u cant think of 10, do 5 or however many.

1.Cinderella Man
2.Sin City
3. Walk the Line
4. Star Wars Episode 3
5.Charlie and The Chocolate Factory
6.Saw 2
7.War of the worlds
8.Mr and Mrs Smith
9. 40 year Old virgin
10.Just Like Heaven

Worst 5

1.Batman Begins  so high of expectations goin in, but I hated it which is why its number 1.
2.Be Cool *2005 wasnt it?*

Cant think of any more than 2 truly bad movies that I watched.

I don't go to the cinema enough to participate really, so I usually end up seeing a film about a year or more after it has come out, unless it is something that I have really looked forward to; I'll see Narnia tonight probably.

I know I should go more...

But it's hard to find people to agree to go with and what to see, so I usually end up not bothering.

And besides, the last film that I can remember seeing at the regular cinema that blew me away was Finding Neverland. And that was about a year ago.

Best:

1. March of the Penguins -- AMAZING.  Morgan Freeman narration is sombre and quietly emotional.  For a brief moment, I left LA and was transported to the Antarctic - as a penguin.

2. Malfunkshun - The Andrew Wood Story.   This film is about the band Mother Love Bone and its lead singer Andrew Wood. I had no idea what the movie would be like when I got a free ticket to see it. But it's a great, moving piece about the singer's life and the band that existed on the cusp of 80's metal and grunge.

3. Sin City -- Bruce Willis and Elijah Wood give excellent performances.  There's nothing more satisfying that a well-told story about violence, greed and evil.

4. Walk The Line --  I wasnt a Reese Witherspoon fan until I saw this.  She really carries the movie.  Very moving story.

5. Broken Flowers -- Jarmusch film starring Bill Murray.  You, the viewer, are forced to adapt to the slow pace of the film, but the payoff is worth it.  It made me wonder what I will regret once I'm old.

6. Good Night and Good Luck --  George Clooney's movie about the TV news journalist, Edward Murrow during the McCarthy era.  Excellent, thought-provoking performances by all the actors.

I havent seen the Narnia film, or Brokeback Mountain, but I really hope they're gonne be in my Best Movies list.

Worst:
I dunno.  I didnt like Mr and Mrs Smith.  It wasnt awful.  It just wasnt very good.

I don't know why everybody says they like the new star wars. It's so over-rated.

Best of 2005:
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Backyard Blondes

Worst of 2005:
Star Wars, Episode III.
